We had an amazing experience hiring this venue for our wedding and couldn’t have been happier with the service from start to finish. The venue itself was beautiful, spacious and very well organised, with plenty of parking available for our guests. The décor was excellent and really helped create the perfect atmosphere for our special day.

The food was absolutely outstanding, both in terms of quality and presentation, and all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it. The food service was also perfectly timed and everything ran smoothly.

The event management team were on-site throughout the day and were always available to deal with any questions or issues. Their professionalism, attention to detail and customer service were exceptional, which gave us complete peace of mind on such an important day.

Our guests were extremely impressed with the venue, food, décor and overall service. Everything was organised beautifully, and the whole day ran exactly as we had hoped.

We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding venue. It was honestly one of the best venues we have ever hired, and we’re so glad we chose it for our wedding!

We hired the venue for wedding received excellent service and food, venue deco was excllent, very spacious loads of parking space. Food service was on time and quality was excellent. Event management team was on site all times to deal with any issues and very good customer service. All of guest loved the food and quality of service, how the hall was organised and decorated was very nice. It was one of best wedding venue we have hired.

I had the absolute pleasure of having my wedding at Cromwell Manor in Basildon and I can’t thank Nitesh enough for everything he did to make the day so special. From the very start, he was easy to work with, always willing to adapt to any changes we wanted and truly went above and beyond to bring our vision to life.

The orangery was spacious, spotless and surrounded by beautiful greenery. It felt cosy and magical as the evening set in. The in house catering was exceptional. We had a tasting beforehand and were blown away by the fusion of traditional and modern flavours. On the day, everything from the canapés to dessert was delicious, but the lamb stole the show, so tender and full of flavour. All of my guests complimented all the food, and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Nitesh even helped organise fireworks to end the night with a bang alongside the best masala chai I’ve had!

Anda and the rest of the staff were just as wonderful, so professional and helpful throughout the day.

I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d recommend Cromwell Manor to anyone looking for a stunning, well run venue for their special day.
