From the first phone call, to saying goodbye to my mum – the service was beyond amazing. Planning a funeral and the bits you need to do beforehand is so overwhelming but these guys made everything so easy. Jane (and molly 🐾) were honestly brilliant. Jane showed us true compassion and empathy when we needed it most. No matter what time we called to see mum in the chapel it was never too much trouble. Mums funeral service was beautiful. Thank you for making such a heartbreaking journey almost bearable and from the bottom of my heart I thank you for looking after my mum with love and dignity 💛

Exceptional service from Dave and the team in the Pitsea office for our Dads funeral last week.
We knew exactly what we wanted, and the team delivered our wishes to the letter. From our first visit after Dads passing to dropping us off to the wake after the service, the care and compassion we received, the attention to detail was all first class. They made the day so special for us.
Dave is a gentleman and a legend, such a safe pair of hands and we can’t thank him and the team enough.
The video montage we received of the day was such a lovely touch.

West and Coe did my Grandads funeral yesterday, Bailey who conducted the funeral was amazing, he showed a lot of care for our family which we will always be so grateful for! From start to finish the whole process was made so easy considering it’s such a hard time.

Had my dad’s service via west & co yesterday. From start to finish Dave, Bailey & Julie at Pitsea, were very compassionate, professional & kind. My family have used these directors for many many years and unfortunately (death wise) we will continue to do so.
