Took my 13 year old son here, after paying £50 to look at his toes that were red, to be told needs some innersoles which I needed to pay for before ordering. Paid £80, mother in law took son to be fitted and was told I owed £15 which she paid. I phoned to query and was told they were £95. I queried this and was told I would get a call back. I then emailed my complaint on tuesday and its now thursday and no one has bothered to call or email. I thought £80 was bad enough, but thought it was best, but would not go back here.
After reading your comment I only bought him down as had red toes and gp kept saying it was athletes foot and we was getting no where.

First appointment and was a pleasure to have Emma round. My near 98 year old mum had a very good examination, advice and service. Mum was quite nervous as she previously had the same service for 15 years which has been found to be quite poor.
