Tanya, Olu and the team have been providing exceptional care for mum for the last few months following a period in hospital. Mum had been struggling to care for herself after losing Dad, but was determined to stay at home after an unsuccessful trial at a care home. Engaging the caremark team has meant mum’s been able to maintain her independance and as a family we have the reassurance that someone is going in four times a day to help her with day to day tasks, medication and providing some outside interaction. Mum has a small team that she’s introduced to before they start coming in, and she likes each and every one. The management team are very communicative with us as a family as we manage a number of issues with mum, offering practical solutions and advise, being very respectful of mum’s dignity and opinions at all time. Can’t recommend the team highly enough.
