I have a LPA for my elderly uncle who also has learning difficulties as well as being elderly frail. He was assessed as requiring 4 calls a day. As I owned and ran a home care agency (Jem Care) for 20 years I beleived that no agency would give him the level of care and support I knew he needed.
How wrong was I. The carers,especially Peter the am carer. were very good. Any problems such as falls etc.ere reported to me in good time. Call times were regular. which is one thing that would have caused problems as he is a creature of habit. Call times were adjusted where neccessary. All in all an excellent service and we are sorry to have to move on due to my uncle moving. Well done AQS, Elaine Green
