I have written a long email concerning the one star writing to the email that was posted by the organisation which fundamentally bounced back even though every reply is exactly the same they can’t even be bothered to get their email to work I refer to the opening statement.

We have carers in to support my dad. Most of the carers are very caring, and helpful, and engaging. Unfortunately the carers don’t always arrive when scheduled to. It is definitely reassuring though to have carers getting to know my dad and his needs, to ensure his needs are met.

As a family we have had to make the choice to have care for my mother in law. I have to say it was a good decision we didn’t think it would be excepted by her as she was a very proud lady now very lost and confused.
The support and care from the staff in Enfield has been outstanding.
Dementia is cruel but the staff supporting are so patient and understanding to her needs. nothing is too much trouble and the branch staff are always ready to help and find solutions to any difficulties we may be facing.

The staff that visits me are helpful, friendly. I enjoy going on walks with them that helps me in building up my strenght after my stroke.
Whenever I have routine appointments they are flexible in moving my times to enable me to be ready.
Whenever I speak to the office to request changes they have been very helpful and never promise me something that they can’t deliver, I always get an honest response which I prefer.
