From the initial phone call, the customer service team were friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly. Booking the collection was completely seamless and very convenient.
I was especially impressed that they were able to arrange a next day collection, which was fantastic. On the day itself, I received a courtesy call around 30 minutes before arrival, which was really appreciated and made things much easier.
The driver was professional, polite, and absolutely fantastic, punctual, respectful, and handled everything quickly and carefully. It’s wonderful to know that donated clothing and household items are being used to raise money for charities and support such worthwhile causes.
