Vision Express Opticians – Barnstaple

I visited Barnstaple Vision Express as I was experiencing problems with my eyes, seeing flashing lights and disturbed Vision. I called the store and was given an immediate appointment. The Store Manager Neil was very professional and thorough. I am disabled and in a wheelchair and he made me feel relaxed, helped me into the store and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. He performed very thorough eye checks and was really reassuring and kind. Neil is an excellent role model for his team. I saw the optometrist named Marek Leppik. He was incredibly thorough, reassured me about my eye concerns and did everything to make me feel reassured and informed of all the possible causes of my eye condition. He spent time thoroughly examining my eyes and asking me lots of questions so that he could diagnose my condition. He even wrote a supporting note to my doctor and prescribed eye drops. Very welcoming and helpful. I needed a new prescription and I was advised that I could just have the lenses replaced and keep my original frames which I still liked so that saved me over £100 which was great.
