Very bad company to work for management are very hard to talk to and always reply with a negative response no matter how nice and professional you are. Rota is done every week on a Friday but sometimes wont be live till gone 8pm then if you question the management about asking when it will be live you just get a negative response.
Never praises you even when family members of your clients ring up about how supportive you’ve been.
Make sure you document everything when it comes to Annual leave as management Never put it in the diary then make out you didn’t book it off in the first place.
Shame as the clients and other staff members are great.
