I’d leave a negative review if there was an option. Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the two women who completely ignored me for ten minutes as I waited for my appointment. The door was open, the sign said open. Yes I was early but to be completely ignored was rude. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND ON ATTITUDE ONLY as I walked out before any treatment.

Appointments with Deborah, a very pleasant lady. Unfortunately, this review will not be positive.
First appointment was very good – a full half hour to include treatment for a minor nail infection followed by a very soothing foot massage.
Second appointment I arrived to be told that I was not down in the diary and had to make an appointment for another day. I later found my appointment card which showed that I did have the right day and time.
The replacement appointment was very basic, satisfactory but no foot massage this time.
The most recent was Oct 1st 2025 and again I was not expected but this time I had my appointment card to show. The treatment was very basic, no more than 15 mins. This will be my last visit as I do not feel that £35 for a 15 minute session is good value.

She is very professional, personable and friendly.

Went in to remove an ingrown toe nail that had been bothering me for a while and was causing problems for my career. Was treated by Sarah, she was amazing! Super friendly and super professional and with no difficulty it was over and done within 30 minutes.
