I have a patient who uses this care agency and they could not be more positive about their experience with them. They they are proactive and support the family to make sure the patient has everything she needs. They go out of their way to provide good care. I met one of the carers who was kind, patient and personable. She had a friendly yet professional relationship with the patient, and there was lots of laughter. It was lovely to see how happy the patient and her family were with the care provider so I thought I’d leave a review.
