I want to thank the team at Herons Lodge for the wonderful, stimulating environment they are providing. My mother in law is 88 living with dementia. I was concerned that she was becoming increasingly withdrawn as her condition was progressing. She arrives home from Herons Lodge more engaged than she has been for a long time.
She immediately checks the calendar when she gets home to see when she is next going for a visit.
The location is stunning, the staff are sincerely engaged with providing a welcoming, comfortable experience. It is the environment I would wish for a loved one to spend the day in.

As Malcolm has Alzheimer’s he honestly doesn’t remember very much. The photos help to remind him what he has done. The benefits he gets are that it gets him out of the house and mixing with other people.
I find the staff lovely and caring and the venue is very comfortable and well kept.
