We have only been woth Chapter care for 3 weeks now but the person centred care my mum has received has been second to none!
Training for staff who needed it was provided before their first visit, immediately showing their commitment to ensuring mum receives the best possible care.
Nothing is too much trouble, mum is happy, comfortable and secure and the peace of mind that knowing mum is being looked after with kindness and compassion is priceless.
I would like to give a special mention to Claire, Teresa, Dave and James for all the do and the difference they make everyday.

Chapter care carers are superb. The carers offer fantastic support both with personal care and emotional support. Nothing is too much bother for them and they are all so helpful and kind. The office staff are always friendly and helpful when I call, and they act swiftly on any issue that may arise or needs attention. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Three star review, the carers are great, but company sucks! The carers would get 5 stars – but the company gets 1, so it averages out at three stars. The office are appalling at communications, they never contacted my parents to say sorry when my Nan died, let alone send a condolence card or a 100th birthday card. Simple things a company can do to make it look like they care are not just about the money, which in this company seem to be. I’m appalled after all the years of them coming to my parents house to see my Nan 3 times a day and the company didn’t care at the stage.

Chapter Care looked after my Dad for two years, who was then 97 in his own house. He desperately did not want to go into a residential home and Chapter Care helped him achieve this. During this time they were caring, diligent and proactive about his care and sensibly increased the visits from 2-3 daily when they realised he needed extra input. I cannot recommend them enough, going well beyond what was agreed in his ‘package’ with no extra costs … they were all brilliant.
