We got a same day appointment with known cancer and new symptoms, after ringing when they opened. The GP Trainee (Dr Taliq?) was awesome. His recent experience at Ipswich hospital was very useful, as he knew exactly where to refer my mum, how to get in there quickly (same day) and what they needed to know.

I have seen some comments about this surgery so was a bit sceptical about going there. I needed to register as a temporary patient due to a reoccurring painful problem and received fantastic service from receptionist Elise. She completed my registration forms and it all went smoothly. Asked to go back at 1pm on the same day to see GP. However, received a phone call from GP to advise that she had issued and sent prescription for medication so no need to attend surgery and had also asked for extra tests. I can’t fault this practice or the staff. Helpful, polite and very responsive and caring. Great work, all of you, keep it up

Sent a repeat prescription request via email as there were not reply sent another email to same address. they said it would be resolve that day 3 days later nothing was done. This is not the only time it happens to me, very inefficient staff. Always have to wait almost a week for an appointment. Will be looking to move to a different surgery.😡
