From the moment you enter, it is a pleasure to visit Life & Sole. Firstly you are greeted by the friendly Lesley or Rafe and then shown to the comfortable clinic room, with a very comfortable chair.
Nadia very kindly worked on my feet and removed the dead skin. She is very professional, works gently and puts you at ease. Thank you Nadia for making my feet look so much better.

Excellent service, I wanted some shoes to wear at the gym, Gareth recommended a pair of Joya shoes, they felt a bit strange at first but Gareth let me take them home to try them out. I got used to them and wear them for my workouts at the gym.
I have been so impressed with how comfortable they are I have now bought a more robust pair to wear during the day, gardening, walking the dog etc.

Life and Sole puts you at ease as soon as you open the door the shop interior is soothing and the whole atmosphere feels very tranquil. You are always greeted politely and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Nena is a pure foot genius, in my opinion, had two toe nails taken off and have never looked back since. Best thing I ever did and the aftercare was wonderful. Well done Life and Sole on your wonderful practice.
