2 very very kind ladies (one was Spanish, the other was a chef) helped my mum when she was not very well in the car park. She didn’t live at the care home but just pulled her car in as she was not feeling well and they came out to help her. They gave her water, a fan and even offered her a meal. I cannot thank you enough. I am so sorry I didn’t catch your names but you were so so kind and caring. Thank you again

I went to visit my nanny for her anniversary and I was welcomed with joy and warmth. The staff is kind and caring. The manager was friendly and supportive. Overall, was a wonderful day spent in a lovely place
