The care staff here are incredibly kind and welcoming. The facility is also very clean, fresh, and smells nice throughout. It’s clear that the team takes pride in maintaining a pleasant environment for the residents.

After moving mum to Rendlesham from another nursing home where her care was not satisfactory, we where impressed by the care and love she received in her final months. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, call bells where answered swiftly, if what was offered to eat was not to mums liking, an alternative was found. All the staff, from admin, carers ,nurses through to management where caring and available to speak to when necessary. Just wished we had moved mum here earlier where she was loved. Thanks to all the staff at Rendlesham Care Centre.
