The eve belle is a beautiful and well made and very aesthetically pleasing place for a resident however I have many and quite frankly outrageous things that I and my family have experienced through the care surrounding my Grandad, who like him and many other have worked there life as hard and as proudly as possible and when it comes to his care and his family’s love he deserves to be looked after and treated with respect and bare standards of care,

I simply wanted to have my grandad showered and clean and fed and watered but it seams that the clean side of the care has slipped below the mark with him not having showered for multiple days in consecutive periods and he was getting comfortable in the room and the environment and with the high ranged pricing I’d hoped the care would be a higher standard. But after 3 weeks into the 4 week respite period we the family had been told his room had been given away and this was with no warning or reason as to if he could have stayed longer or we could give the room permanently to him but no his privilege has been stripped from under him and it’s a very unfair and cruel situation that we and himself have been put in

Beautifully equipped care facility that is finished to a very high standard with great staff , father had a short stay and didn’t want to leave ..

The building is still under construction,
So long as it has the same ethos as the old building and staff that was on this site ( Chaplin lodge) , it won’t go far wrong.
I visited the old establishment on many occasions, always found the staff exceedingly generous and kind. I hope the new management will do the same
Only three stars with anticipation to increased 5.
