Serious breach of my care occurred recently was resulted in carers not being able to provide me with the care that I need let’s quite alarming that they have people that are responsible for that sort of to be able to interfere with what is stated in my care plan don’t get me wrong the actual carers that come out a lovely and the manager is very very good when things go wrong.

They accused their service users of lying their. The lack of communication with their clients is terrible ever since the new management have taken over it’s been steadily getting worse but as for the carers themselves they are lovely people and they actually genuinely care about what they’re doing I’ve been with them for many years and it’s just recently things have been going downhill since the management changed and And they do not take anyone seriously especially the clients that have to ring up like myself to chase up where the carers are the people on the phones aren’t really that professional especially when you are wanting to make a formal complaint it is a shame that people on the phones and higher up are Letting down the company
