Absolutely diabolical the last manager was absolutely awful I complained to the cqc about her now I have been diagnosed with diabetes eating regularly is more important I had my main meal just before 5pm last night now today my breakfast call never arrived so its 24 hours since I have had any food I am now looking for alternative options new manager and staff now so will wait and see but have changed my Monday to Friday care to private

This company should be ashamed of themselves. Do not trust your elderly relatives to them.
There are one or two lovely carers but the rest couldn’t even seem to administer medication properly, or microwave a meal so it wasn’t frozen in the middle. One or two were rude and arrogant.
No attention paid to even the most basic care plan request. How they get away with it I don’t know.

I had home care for someone from this company for a few months.They have been very unreliable in many cases not turn at all in others hours too late with no apologizes whatsoever.When they did turn up the staff were arrogant and didn’t seem to care at all about their clients well being. Don’t have dealings with this company they are happy to take your money but don’t expect them to do much if anything in return even if they do manage to turn up at your front door.
Do yourself a favour and don’t have any dealings with this care company you have been warned.
