This review is to express my extreme gratitude for all the care and dignity shown toward my dad – from the start until the very end. I was moved by the level of compassion, which really came sharply into focus during the last couple of weeks, which make an immense difference. I’ve not been so touched.
My father was able to express himself, and the care staff really knew him. I am so pleased he was given that opportunity, even though he was way past top from by the time he arrived here. It’s not often that a business has a slogan up the front (along the lines of ‘they don’t live in your place of work, you work in their home’) and actually lives up to it!
I would recommend this care home to everyone.

The worst manager I ever knew!

Disgraceful customer service. Delayed a viewing by an hour. We turned up at the house at the time rearrange to …and told to wait outside for another party to finish a viewing. 20 minutes later realised what a shabolic establishment these people are. Did not even have the courtesy to apologise. I would have give 0 stars if i could!!!!

Very caring home, sympathetic staff, very good support for my mother and for her family. They managed the transition from independent living to assisted living with particular attention. All the staff work extremely hard to ensure everyone in the home, feels it is their home. Spotlessly clean and my mother loved the food too, no mean feat I can assure anyone reading this review.
