Mum is so well cared for. The staff are kind and patient. Mum feels loved and made special. It is professional with a human touch which is rare to find. The home smells nice and the residents are calm and smile. Food is varied even in the evening!! So far so good.
Thank you I feel happy and peaceful too!!

I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Saintbridge House who looked after my Mum for her short stay.
The facilities at the home are excellent and very inclusive with activity’s like Balloon football, walks, craft, quiz’s and many more. The food is great as well with the ability to have custard on just about any pudding, always put a massive smile on mum’s face.

Mum wanted to go to my sons wedding and the staff went above and beyond to make this happen. arranging a hair appointment, staff to accompany her at the wedding and transport to and from the event.
    They are all true hero’s.

    Thank you.

I needed to find a Nursing Home a reasonable distance from my home with facilities to cope with the developing needs of my father-in-law; he has mixed dementia and sometimes his behaviour can be challenging. I looked at several Nursing Homes but was instantly impressed by Saintbridge, its setting, facilities and most importantly its staff.

My father-in-law was quickly transferred from a Psychiatric ward from a hospital in a distant county to Saintbridge. I was stressed and daunted at the prospect of this move, but it was seamless! Saintbridge contacted all the relevant staff in the hospital and had everything ready when he arrived. There was a warm welcome extended to all of us and my father-in-law settled extremely quickly, rather unexpectedly given his condition makes a move such as this very stressful.

I cannot praise ALL staff highly enough. They are warm, welcoming, friendly and approachable as well as being professional, respectful, conscientious and hardworking. There is an overwhelming feeling that they work together, as a team, to ensure all residents are as happy, healthy and comfortable as they possibly can be. All staff seem to be a valued and respected member of the team with the managers being visible and equally involved in the day-to-day routines. I am particularly touched by the respect they have for residents, ensuring each of them can maintain their own level of self-respect through simple actions such as ensuring they are dressed in clean, comfortable and appropriate clothing, wiping of a nose or pulling trousers up to cover up a diaper. The moment you walk through the door the atmosphere created by staff washes over you.

The daily activities provided are outstanding and demonstrate to me a clear proactive approach to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of all residents. There are many opportunities for family and friends to join in as well as resident specific activities. Through their daily updates on their FB page, I get to see all the wonderful, stimulating and fun activities my father-in-law is taking part in, wonderful. All of this is supported by a fabulous daily menu of food and health and care routine. Saintbridge also offers support groups for specific issues faced by residents. I am also part of a friends and family WhatsApp group which keeps me informed of specific activities that are coming up.

Finally, I must mention the outdoor area, well maintained and relaxing with different areas for residents, friends and family to walk around and explore as well as relax in.

I am overwhelmed by the setting and care provided and cannot thank ALL staff enough for making it such a special place. I feel at ease and happy in the knowledge that my father-in-law is in such a wonderful place. I only hope this review lets other potential residents and their families know just how great you all are – THANK YOU Saintbridge!

To all the staff at Saintbridge House Nursing Home,
Both myself and my partner felt it important to put into words just how grateful we are for all the care given to my sister BM during her short stay with yourselves. The care she received was second to none. After caring for her between the family at home for a period of time, it was a huge relief to witness the excellent care that she received with you.
All staff we met were friendly, polite and kind. BM was looked after with dignity at all times and despite the fact that her health was declining, every effort was made to make sure that she kept as much independence as possible, this was something that was very important to her.
Words aren’t enough to express how grateful we are that BM was made so comfortable in her last days of life. It is something that will give us much comfort at such a hard time. Thank you to all of you.
    Kind regards,
    NB & GC
