We honestly cannot recommend Cripps Barn enough. From the moment we first looked into the venue, we completely fell in love with it and a huge reason for that was because we are massive foodies, the food menu looked absolutely incredible. We had also heard such amazing things about the food beforehand, so we already had really high expectations.
The venue itself was always beautiful, but walking into Cripps Barn on our wedding day honestly took our breath away. Once all the flowers and styling were set up, it looked absolutely stunning, even more magical than we ever could have imagined. It genuinely exceeded every expectation we had and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was throughout the day.
From the very beginning, the whole team at Cripps Barn were amazing. I genuinely think I asked at least one question every single week for an entire year, and every time they replied so quickly, kindly, and helpfully. They never once made me feel silly for asking anything, and having that level of support throughout wedding planning made such a difference.
Then when the wedding day came, everything ran like absolute clockwork. The team are such a well-oiled machine, and you can tell how experienced and organised they are. Everything was so well prepared and the entire day flowed so smoothly, which meant we could completely relax and enjoy every moment.
And then… the food. WOW. It was honestly out of this world. Every single guest commented saying it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding and we couldn’t agree more. It somehow exceeded even the high expectations we already had! From the bar service to the food service, every part of the experience was completely flawless and second to none.
For the quality, service, food and overall experience you receive, we honestly think Cripps Barn offers such incredible value for money too.
Thank you so much to the entire team for giving us the most perfect wedding day imaginable.. we will never forget it.

We got married at Cripps last month and it was absolutely amazing! The whole team were so attentive and professional throughout the entire process, they had every aspect of the day covered, even down to the things we didn’t even consider which really gave us peace of mind on the day to just enjoy ourselves.
The set up, food and service were fantastic and the venue looked amazing, our guests were so complimentary of the entire day, we would whole heartedly recommend this venue to everyone!

Cripps gave us the most magical wedding day!! When first visiting the venue we knew it was the venue for us. Such a beautiful setting in the countryside, amazing food (which we first had at the feast night) and very attentive staff. Big thanks to Aimee and Emily for running the day so smoothly and always being on hand when we needed them. Our guests all said they had the best time! So glad we chose Cripps for our day! A bit of a late review, as my daughter got married here on Sep 1st ‘25. But I finally got around to writing it. So this is a ‘father of the bride’ perspective to other future FOTBs.
This place is fabulous and the staff make it perfect. James and Emily deserve a special mention for looking after us so well, from our first exploratory visit, to a feast night to try the food, through all the planning and then the big day itself…they are extremely helpful, friendly and professional.
The location and building are stunning. The barn itself and the gardens and landscape around it are all beautiful/typical Cotswolds (which is what my daughter & son-in-law wanted).
Food is superb and a good range of options to choose for your guests. Recommend one of their feast nights to try before you commit.
The veranda and steps down to the garden and the avenue of trees rising up over the fields are all just amazing photo ops for the big day.
If you’re planning a wedding and visit Cripps, I’m very confident that you’ll be impressed and will probably book it.👍🏼

We got married at Cripps Barn on 04.12.2025 and we couldn’t recommend Cripps Barn enough. The staff are incredible. They are SO good at what they do, they are so calm, kind, organised and nothing is ever a problem. The staff working the day of our wedding were amazing. They were so helpful, everything was so smooth and seamless. All our guests said how beautiful the barn was and how good the staff were. The food was AMAZING. Another thing our guests keep talking about! Thank you so much, you made our dream wedding come true.
