Water’s Edge at Ewen

We had our wedding at the end of March at Waters Edge at Ewen and we enjoyed our day so much. The sun was shining and the day went smoothly, mainly down to Will. Before the wedding with all the emails, he made it easy and was really flexible with things we wanted. We wanted a smaller wedding that was informal and relaxed and it was exactly what we wanted. He was also great on the day checking in with us but the day was perfect.
The venue is beautiful, from the outside courtyard to the rooms upstairs, the bar, the big fireplace in the main hall, then the lake and the outside space for the ceremony, there really isn’t another venue that compares.
The food was a huge selling point for us, we did the food tasting months before the wedding and it was all amazing, the day arrived and the food was so tasty, all the guests commented on how good it was. We also had a singer for the ceremony and reception, best decision! Thank you to everyone making it so special.

From start to finish, Will and the team were absolutely wonderful. They were always quick to get back to us and answer any questions we had, and always kept us up to date with everything that needed doing before the big day. On the day itself, everything went seamlessly and gave us the chance to truly enjoy our special day without having to worry about scheduling. They took all the weight off us and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. We had so many compliments from guests about how beautiful the venue was, and we couldn’t be happier to say this is where we got married.
