I went to see Sarah F about a number of issues and, within just a couple of sessions, I’d made incredible progress. What I particularly loved was that Sarah gave me homework — things to work on between sessions. This gave me something to focus on and meant she could measure how far I’d progressed by our next visit. I’ll definitely be incorporating some of her helpful tips and exercises into my daily routine. Great treatment at the clinic today, I had been referredby my physiotherapist. I received confirmation that I was suffering from an ischial bursitis and received an ultrasound guided cortisone injection with local anaesthetic. Dr Ann put me at ease and was very gentle. Would highly recommend the clinic. First time in 6 weeks that I’ve not been in agony
