As first time buyers with a few hurdles there was no problem too big or too small for them. The phone line was open what seemed like 24/7. If ever we needed to know something they were at the other end of the phone. The advise that we were given has meant that we have got the best mortgage out their in the market for first time buyers.

With trying to buy a property during lockdown being difficult, things were made much easier due to the professional, responsive nature of the Fidenti team. If we needed a meeting it was arrange in a Covid secure environment at short notice.

We were kept in the loop at all times with regular updates on new deals coming to the market, which meant that we had a vast amount to choose from. All of these choices were given with the positives and negatives of each and were always broken down for us to understand.

In terms of the value for money, we research lots of financial planners and decided to go with Fidenti Financial Planning because we had seen and heard only good things and this is something that I am happy to keep doing.

We started our journey with Fidenti Financial Planning and although our house purchase is nearing completion, this is not the end. Due to the professionalism and friendly nature of the Fidenti team, we are very much looking forward to exploring their other financial services available.
