Threshold Housing Link

Since going through homeless system in swindon, been referred to threshold by swindon council, in October was put in 2 bed flat, once got paperwork sorted was told had to move out of property because the landlord wanted lease back even though was told it was owned by swindon council. Was moved to new address in 49 Pembroke St, now after few months of being in 5 bed house share, been giving another letter stating the landlord wants the lease back an need us all to move out by 17th march, with no guarantees of moving all 5 of us into another property even though I have 12 months contract with threshold, which they are legally obliged to rehouse me as this is their fault not mine , I haven’t done anything wrong … so a charity that’s there to help homeless people are now making people homeless, I won’t be going anyway without them rehousing me, I record all interactions so if they don’t rehouse me I won’t be moving out, and I will be taking them to court, this is fraud if not rehoused and expected to be made homeless by the charity…. do not rent from this charity!!!!!!! My rent goes directly to them and the service charge is paid by bank standing order, I haven’t been any trouble to anyone and I keep my self to myself so no excuses, this is absolutely shocking behaviour….by a charity that charges £1500 a month for a room in house share! They are fraudsters… added note I only rent from threshold I don’t need their support in any other way, I told chris wilenman this before Christmas 2025, I know 49 Pembroke St is owned by Swedish woman called amanda, and I just hope that threshold are not stupid enough to try scam my money from Pamela reif cause I will shut this charity down!!!!, 😉 and Sue each individual involved, 100 percent, I am phd phycologist , very Streetwise and well connected, I do not consent to them interference in my private business affairs, 😉!!!!!!!!!

On Friday 3rd December I took part in their Big Sleep Out 2021 which is an annual event raising much needed funds. It was cold, it rained and I hadn’t brought a very adequate shelter so I ended up rather damp and extremely tired. However, it was nothing compared to what a rough sleeper has to contend with, day in and day out with no end in sight. The event was amazingly well organised, extremely educational and very informative. My best part though was sitting quietly over breakfast and simply listening. Some of the tales I overheard were heartbreaking – the staff and numerous volunteers for Threshold work tirelessly in both preventing people from becoming homeless and being there for them if they slip through the net. Humans are not disposable, though sadly too many people only see what they want to see and cast a blind eye. Everyone, no matter their past actions and the challenges they face, deserves a safe, dry and warm place to call home and Threshold do their utmost best to help so many people to achieve this basic right.
