I’ve been a customer of Jacqueline Burns opticians for 4 years for my Ortho-K contact lens subscription. Not only have they invested in state of the art equipment to ensure your eye health is as good as it can be, Roy Bhatia has an obsessive attention to detail to ensure you are completely satisfied and get the solution you need. I use the Ortho-K solution as I do triathlons and mountain biking, and wearing contact lenses during these events is not a great option. The Ortho-K’s are an overnight lens that means I don’t have to wear any lenses during the day. Roy has worked hard with me to refine the vision in one eye that has an astigmatism, so my vision is now good enough to cope with the lowest light conditions. The staff are friendly, helpful and the range of goods and services they offer are second to none. If you really value your vision and like me have a very specific requirement then I can’t recommend them highly enough.
