I have battled with sore toes and hard skin for years. Hannah is friendly efficient and knowledgeable about all conditions relating to feet. Walking on air is how it feels when you leave. I love a thorough approach and feel confident in leaving the very best review.

I contacted this clinic in advance explaining a family member’s situation and asking whether cosmetic nail reconstruction would be suitable while they were being treated for a fungal infection. I was told that reconstruction could be done alongside the treatment and that it typically lasts 4–6 weeks. At no point was there any warning or indication that the reconstruction might fail almost immediately.

To book the appointment, a £75 consultation fee had to be paid in advance, with reconstruction costing an additional £24. This meant committing to the cost before having the opportunity to properly discuss the condition of the nail or the realistic likelihood of success.
The reconstructed nail partially detached the following day when the glue failed, despite no unusual activity. The clinic arranged a second appointment to reapply it, which required travelling to their Marlborough clinic. Unfortunately the second reconstruction also failed and came away together with the remaining natural nail, leaving the situation worse than when we first attended.

In total £99 was paid, yet there was no positive result — in fact the outcome was worse than before the treatment started.

The clinic later described the second appointment as a “gesture of goodwill”, although this was simply an attempt to correct a treatment that had already failed almost immediately.

Overall this was a disappointing experience. My main concern remains the requirement to pay for a consultation before having the opportunity to properly discuss whether the treatment is actually suitable.

I’m sharing this so others considering similar treatment understand how the process works and what the potential outcomes may be.
