Right from the very first point of contact, the communication with Walfinch was exceptional and this continued throughout the short term care provision for my mum. I felt listened to from the start and a tailor care package was created but it was also great to know that this could be amended at any time over the following weeks (and indeed it was as mum progressed in her recovery).
Each care professional arrived then they said they would (one time they were running slightly late but called in advance) and were very kind and patient with mum. As well as the practical side, they also made her laugh which is a great healer in itself.
I could write for a long time about the positives in using Walfinch but instead I would highly recommend that you make contact and see for yourselves.
Mum is now recovered well but will be requiring further help in the months to come and I have no hesitation in contacting Sarah again to put a plan in place to aid her recovery.
Thankyou to Sarah, Lisa and everyone else…..you are a truly wonderful team and we are lucky to have found you.

Walfinch helped me in a tight fix when I was admitted to hospital and as a carer for my partner I needed help quickly. Walfinch organised this quickly and efficiently and despite my reservations that my partner would not accept care , he did and I am so grateful . Life is much improved for both of us with their help. They have even helped out with the dogs !
