I visited Savernake View today and loved the feel of the home. The staff are clearly dedicated and genuinely care for and value the residents. I was shown around the home and met nearly all of the staff. The home is clean and well ordered, the residents were interested in activities in the orangerie and other social areas, chatting with visiting family and staff. What a lovely place to be.

I volunteered at Savernake View Care Home during the summer before starting university, and it was a very rewarding experience. I received thorough training covering all the areas necessary for my time there, which helped me feel well-prepared.
All of the staff and residents were incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive. The nurses and senior carers were especially generous in sharing their knowledge and experience, which has been invaluable.
Savernake View is a warm, welcoming and caring environment, and I am very grateful for the opportunity to have volunteered there.

Recently visited Savernake View and had a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was lovely, everything was well kept, and the overall setting made it really special. Definitely a place I’d happily return to—highly recommend!

As secretary of a local brass band, we always enjoy returning to Savernake View Care Home. Cecilio, Maria, members of the Activities Team and indeed all staff are always so welcoming and friendly.
The home is always so clean and tidy and the atmosphere each time the band has played has been warm and hospitable.
Staff show a lovely and genuine relationship with the residents, with much laughter and enjoyment. The residents enjoy the different music repertoire with many participating by singing and humming to the musical piece.
Thank you to Cecilio, all staff and indeed the residents for making the brass band players so welcome. Thank you.

Cecilio and the team are always so friendly and welcoming. I come and bring the residents new flowers once a month and the team are always organised and helpful.
The atmosphere in the home is always a happy one with lots of laughter which shows they have a great relationship with the residents. I look forward to going there each month 😊
