The care was good.
However the business people running the show are hounding us for money after my elderly mum moved into a care home.
Helping Hands claim they weren’t given enough notice when they had verbally informed me that it wasn’t necessary,
The carers are excellent and so is the manager.
Sadly though at the top end, there is no compassion and it’s all about making money,
