Went to pick up information for a potential residential stay for a family member. Spoke to a lovely lady who was in charge of the new admissions who showed around and helped me greatly understand the process and care needs. I was very overwhelmed and stressed with making decisions but she put my mind at ease, very kind and positive, have a good feeling about this home as a future need for a family member. Very homely and lovely gardens.

Visited the home and found the visit very welcoming with residents chatting and enjoying their high tea. All the staff I saw here so friendly and the home had a lovely atmosphere.

I visited a week ago and having visited many care homes I was very impressed about the greeting I received and how friendly and polite all the staff were when being given a tour of the home.
I was made to feel extremely welcome and it was lovely to see residents enjoying themselves in the communal lounges.
Thank you for making my visit such a positive one a beautiful home.

Whittington house is lovely home. Kirsty and the team work hard to make sure the residents have everything they need! There’s always a great welcome from Rebecca and George . Coffee and sweet treats are readily available in the bistro for residents and visitors to enjoy! Residents are happy and well cared for!
