I am worried that the people running the facility may also have dementia, as between seeing the letterbox and posting their flyer, they clearly forgot about the ‘no junk mail’ sign on top of it.
If you cannot uphold a request as simple as that, I am worried about the quality and care you can offer the people you claim to care for.
Please be less harassing in the future

We are so glad we chose Elm Grove for mum, she has been happy for the last 4.5 years and that is all down to the quality of the staff and Management who look after all their residents with great care dignity along with a little bit of fun. The rooms are spacious clean. Plenty of food and drink. The activities are stimulating and engaging giving another layer of care. Well done everyone, we thank you for all you do for my mum and the piece of mind you offer us.

My wife entered Elm Grove following a hospital stay brought about by a bad fall at home. I have found the staff cheerful, caring and helpful at all times. The atmosphere they engender is very warm and happy. There is always someone knowledgeable to answer any questions I might have and every time I visit I am made to feel welcome. I am confident that my wife, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, is in the very best of hands.

My Mother and Father started their stay at Elm Grove in April 2022. May Father has dementia and my Mother was frail following a fall in early 2020 where she broke her hip. The care and support they received from the staff has been excellent. Unfortunately my Mother died in September 2022 and the staff were fantastic with their care and support right up to the end. My father continues to live at Elm Grove and it is very reassuring to know that he is in a safe and caring environment. Thank you to all the staff at Elm Grove.
